MATTRESSES FAQs
Sweet Night mattresses can be used with all type of bed frames with or without box springs.
All of our SweetNight mattresses can support up to 551 Lbs.
You may start to using your new mattress after 6 hours. However, we do recommend the 72 hour of time so that the mattress is able to fully expand, and get rid of any new product odors, due to our manufacturing, compression and shipping methods.
There are a few reasons that could prolong the expansion process:
1. Low room temperature.
2. The mattress is high-density and thick.
3. The mattress was wrapped and rolled in the shipping box for an extended period.
And here are some tips to help your mattress expand faster:
1. Place the mattress on a flat surface and wait a few more days.
2. Warm the room to at least 20°C (68°F).
3. Roll on the mattress for 10–30 minutes.
4. Massage the corners and any flat or lumpy areas to encourage further inflation.
The mattress can be stored in the box for one month. But we suggest opening it earlier to prevent any impact on the mattress's expansion.
Unfortunately no. At this time we are selling our bedroom products online only. However, we do have plans for a retail store in the near future so you would be able to test out our mattresses in store.

Unfortunately no, the mattress does not come with a frame. However we do plan on adding bedframes as part of our online collection and therefore, please keep checking back in on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest product updates!
We back our mattress with quality 10-year limited warranty. We are confident that this mattress will last longer than usual memory foam mattresses do and stand for our quality products.
Twin (38" x 75"): Best for one person (e.g., children or single adults).
Twin XL (38" x 80"): Ideal for taller individuals needing extra length.
Full (54" x 75"): Fits two people snugly or one person wanting more space.
Queen (60" x 80"): Most popular for couples; comfortable for two adults.
King (76" x 80"): Spacious for couples wanting extra room.
Cal King (72" x 84"): Longer than King, perfect for taller couples.
Mattress firmness is typically measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the softest and 10 being the firmest.
Soft mattresses (1-3): Suitable for side sleepers, and can relieve pressure.
Medium-firm mattresses (4-6): Suitable for most people, and can provide good support and comfort.Firm mattresses (7-10): Suitable for back and stomach sleepers, can provide better support.
There are several types of mattresses and their characteristics:
Spring mattress: The most common type, made of springs, provides good support and resilience.
Memory foam mattress: Can mold to your body shape, providing good pressure relief.
Latex mattress: Made from natural or synthetic latex, has good elasticity and breathability.
Foam mattress: Made of foam, relatively inexpensive, but may not be as supportive or comfortable as other types.
When choosing a mattress type, consider your budget, needs, and preferences.
Side sleepers need a mattress that is soft enough to cradle their hips and shoulders and provide pressure relief. Memory foam mattresses are good options for side sleepers. It can conform to the body and provide support in all the right places.
Back sleepers need a firm enough mattress to support their spine and keep it in alignment. Hybrid mattresses are good options for back sleepers. It can provide support and prevent the sleeper from back pain caused by sinking into the bed.

No Fiberglass After 2021: All mattresses produced since 2021 are 100% fiberglass-free. We replaced fiberglass with safe, certified fire-retardant cotton as soon as studies raised concerns about potential health risks.
If You Own a Pre-2021 Mattress:While our newer mattresses are guaranteed safe, if you have a mattress produced before 2021 and suspect fiberglass exposure, please:
1. Contact us immediately at support@sweetnight.com.
2. Provide your order invoice and clear photos of the mattress law tag and mattress details.
3. Our team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
Rest assured: All current mattresses are rigorously tested for safety and compliance.
Yes, our pillows have an internal casing that hold the foam and a decorative washable external pillow case.
Yes, the decorative external pillow casing is machine washable. However, due to a decrease in lifespan for the cover, we do recommend hand washing it. In case you are looking to refresh the internal casing that holds the foam, we recommend airing it out by taking it out of the external pillow case.

Yes, all of our pillows are designed to provide in excellent support regardless of your sleeping position. Alternatively, our pillows actively prevent neck and back pain while enhances your posture and keeps every part of your upper body perfectly aligned.
Please also note, that all of our premium pillows have an internal pillow casing that holds the foam together and by making use of the side zipper you are able to customize the amount of foam the casing holds.
Our Standard Size pillow is measuring 20" x 26", which perfectly fits any Standard Size pillowcases.
Our King Size pillow is measuring 20" x 36", which perfectly fits any King Size pillowcases.
Queen-size pillows: 20×30 inches

All of our pillows are manufactured, compressed & packaged in one smooth motion. Therefore it is not very uncommon to have a newly manufactured smell that would take some time to get out of the product.
In case you are put off to this smell, we highly recommend taking the external decorative pillow case out and either machine- or hand washing it.
While the inner pillow case is recommended to air out for 1-2 days before use.
Yes, Sweet Night pillows come as an overstuffed pillow. In order to customize the pillow to your liking, please open the inner pillow casing that holds the foam stuffing by making use of the zipper and take out as much needed to suit your style.
No, there is no need to add another pillow case as our pillows consist our of an inner pillow case holding the foam as well as an decorative external pillow case. However, you perfectly able to add/replace the external pillow case to suit your style.

All of our SweetNight mattresses come with 10-years warranty.

We offer a 30-day trial period for you, which means you can return it and get a full refund within 30 days (From the date you receive it).SweetNight topper supports 5-years warranty and 3-years warranty are offered with any of SweetNight's pillows.
Eye-tech mask rules：

All SweetNight products come with a warranty.
Mattresses have a 10-year warranty, pillows have a 3-year warranty, and toppers have a 5-year warranty.
After receiving your product, please register the warranty on our website through our easy-to-use Online Warranty Registration.
A mattress warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship. Such as sagging, rips, and some manufacturing defects.

No, our mattress cover is made from a premium cotton blend and knit. It is breathable, removable and wachine washable but not waterproof.
Yes, all the foam certified by CertiPUR-US certified.
They have certified our foam to be manufactures without ozone depleters, carcinogens, PBDEs, heavy metals, phthalates and formaldehyde.
In this way you are guaranteed that your hybrid mattresses, memory foam matresses, cooling gel infused foam, pillows & toppers are of the best quality available!
We manfacture & compress our products to make shipping as compact and convenient as possible. After taking out the product from it's compression package, it is difficult to put the product back to it's originally packaged size and makes stowing more inconvenient.
By existing U.S. laws, the mattress industry is required to establish mattress recycling programs in certain states.
Entities, including but not limited to physical retailers, online sellers, and companies that sell mattresses to commercial end-users (such as hotels, lodging facilities, boarding schools, colleges and universities, nursing homes, medical facilities, etc.), are obligated to collect mattress recycling fees from residents of these states.
These entities must remit all collected recycling fees in full to the Mattress Recycling Council (MRC) via mrcreporting.org.
